We got tired of watching homeowners get sold subscriptions for a problem that could be fixed once. A good job — exterminate and seal — lasts. There's no reason you should be paying for mouse service every quarter indefinitely.
So we built a company around fixing it right the first time. Exterminate the infestation. Seal every entry point. Warrant the result for two years. That's the whole model.
